Response Times
We aim to reply to every message within 2–3 business days. Privacy and data requests are handled within the timeframes required by applicable law, and never later than 30 days from receipt.
Corrections and Complaints
If you believe an article on Stories contains a factual error, please include the article title or link and a short description of what needs correcting. We review every correction request and update or remove content where it is warranted.
